We forgot to take a picture of our dessert insides. We stacked genois with raspberries and sweetened creme fraiche and cream. It was so delicious! We would make it smaller the next time and probably only do two cake layers, but we had to make them tall to be proportionate on our big snowman plates. It was a lot to eat!
