Here's a pic of Kent's yellowtail tuna that he caught on his big deep sea fishing trip. He went on a trip with his dad, brother, brother-in-law and nephew on Father's Day. He had a GREAT time! He caught 3 big fish and 3 got away. The guys that owned the boat also gave him some albacore tuna to take home. Even though he only caught 3, it is plenty of fish!

We haven't eaten any of this kind yet. It is the yellowtail. We had some albacore and that was really good. Maybe we will have it sometime this weekend. He cut it up into a bunch of fillets.
Why have I not been invited to eat any of this yet? Hahaha. And I'm surprised Dad hasn't freezer packed any and shipped it off to Melanie yet.
Cel's mom is Japanese and would have eaten the whole thing--raw!
